Architects play an important role in Aritco’s work to create thoughtful and well-designed lift solutions. To support them, Aritco has developed the Architect Toolbox – a dedicated space on the website that brings together everything they need in one place. From technical files to design tools for residential and commercial elevators, as well as visualisation resources, it’s all designed to help architects streamline Aritco lift integration in their architectural plans.

Aritco’s Architect Toolbox: A Resource Guide for Professional Designers
The Aritco Architect Toolbox gives architects the resources they need to plan and integrate lifts seamlessly into any project.
Product Overview
The Architect Toolbox gives a clear overview of Aritco’s full product range, divided into home lifts and public lifts. Each product includes a highlight list showcasing key features and benefits. For example, the Aritco HomeLift Compact is highlighted as “designed for compact spaces,” making it easy for architects to quickly identify the most suitable lift for their specific project requirements. The toolbox also serves as a go-to destination for lift design for architects, ensuring that key details are readily available.

Case Studies
The Toolbox features a growing collection of case studies showcasing real-world installations of Aritco home lifst and public lifts in a variety of environments. From residential apartments and villas to public buildings like hospitals, these studies demonstrate how Aritco lifts integrate into different spaces. Architects can browse through these examples to gain inspiration and practical insights for their own lift design and planning
Design Concepts
Famed Swedish designer Alexander Lervik has created a set of design ideas inspired by cities around the world. These concepts give architects ready-made options to use as inspiration. For example, the Stockholm concept includes a light flower wall, wooden panels, and a smooth control panel. The Shanghai concept uses dark wood and richer tones for a more dramatic look. These are starting points, but architects can enjoy the most customizable options on the market (flooring, DesignWall, lighting, exterior and interior coloring) to create bespoke designs that perfectly match their project. These features make the toolbox a practical hub of elevator design resources.
Downloadable Resources
Brochures and Data Sheets
The Architect’s Toolbox includes brochures and technical sheets for all Aritco home lifts and public lifts. These resources include detailed information on product specifications, services like the Aritco SmartLift system, and the 5-year warranty. The documents include residential and commercial lift specifications for architects, making it easier to meet both functional and aesthetic goals.
BIM Files
For architects using Building Information Modeling (BIM), files are available in Revit and IFC 4 formats. Currently available for the Aritco PublicLift Access, with more lifts being added to the system, these files can be generated directly through the Aritco LiftGuide platform. Architects can select their preferred file format and receive the customized files via email.
DWG Files
For architects working with CAD software, Aritco offers downloadable DWG files for all home elevator models, including the Aritco HomeLift, HomeLift Compact, and HomeLift Access. These files contain precise dimensions and specifications for different lift sizes, enabling architects to incorporate accurate lift representations into their technical drawings.

Interactive Tools
LiftGuide
Through the Aritco LiftGuide platform, architects can preview different lift customization options in a 3d rendering. While full BIM support is currently available only for the PublicLift Access, all lift models support image downloads and augmented reality (AR) features.
Augmented Reality (AR)
Linked to the LiftGuide, the AR functionality enables architects to visualize Aritco lifts in real environments using their smartphones. Compatible with both iOS and Android devices, this feature allows users to place a virtual representation of their configured lift in any space, providing a realistic preview of how the home elevator will look and fit in the intended location.
With the Architect Toolbox, Aritco makes it easy for architects to integrate lift solutions that align with both the design vision and practical needs of every project.
