While some companies design in Sweden but manufacture elsewhere, every Aritco lift  is assembled in our own factory just outside Stockholm. Keeping production close helps us maintain consistent quality, minimize environmental impact, and ensure each lift reflects the standards associated with Swedish-made products.

A structured assembly process
At the Stockholm factory, lift production is divided into clear zones. Operators scan QR codes at each stage, ensuring every task matches the exact specification for that particular lift.

Integrated quality checks
Quality control runs alongside assembly. AI-supported cameras monitor key steps, such as door and platform installation, to verify correct placement. Before a lift reaches packing, a final check confirms all functions, buttons, and safety components are working as intended.

Full traceability
The QR system records each component and action throughout the process. If something is missing or out of place, the system identifies it immediately, allowing the team to resolve issues before the lift leaves the factory.

An organized and safe environment
Production is planned visually each week, with every serial number linked to a specific model. Completed parts are packed in an order that supports smooth installation on site. The factory itself is clean, quiet, and carefully organized –  an environment that supports precise, consistent work on every Aritco lift.

Swedish production naturally aligns with Scandinavian design values: clarity, simplicity, and usability. The Aritco HomeLift range, for example, was developed with designer Alexander Lervik, whose approach focuses on practical solutions shaped with a clean, modern expression.

To bring more individuality into the lift, Aritco collaborates with well-known Scandinavian artists to create the DesignWall collections. These panels allow homeowners to customize the style of their lifts, turning them into pieces of art.
