It is structured around three key areas — Environment, People and How the company does business — covering topics such as climate impact, resource use, employee well-being, diversity, and ethical business practices. This year, we are especially proud to share that we achieved ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certification, reduced our Scope 1 emissions by more than 70 percent, and reached an 89% Trust Index in Great Place to Work — placing Aritco among Sweden’s best workplaces.

People

Our people are Aritco’s most valuable resource. We are also committed to positively impact the society around us.

Environment

We live and work in a fragile eco-system and we need to reduce our climate impact from our products and production by innovative products and ways of working.

Aritco is proud to be part of the Innovalift AB family, and we celebrate Innovalift’s latest sustainability achievement: the approval of its near-term and net-zero targets by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

This important milestone confirms that Innovalift’s greenhouse gas reduction goals are in line with the latest climate science and the ambition to limit global warming to 1.5°C.
