A:	Yes, all Aritco's platform lifts are certified according to 2006/42/EC.
Q:	Why is "hold to run" required on platform lifts?
A:	Hold to run is standard on all platform lifts due to the machine directive and the European standard EN81-41.
Q:	Is it possible to customize the platform lift?
A:	Yes, you can chose among a wide variety of colors, and different materials and doors.
Q:	How long does it take to install a platform lift?
A:	To install a platform lift takes less than a week.
Q:	What is the difference between a conventional lift and a platform lift?
A:	A platform lift does not require a pit or a machine room which means minimal reconstruction at the installation site.
Q:	What is Aritco's time of delivery?
A:	For a standard platform lift the time of delivery is 3-5 weeks and a customized platform lift can be delivered within 7 weeks.
Q:	Training, who is allowed to install a platform lift?
A:	Aritco delivers platform lifts only to authorized partners. An authorized partner is a partner that has been trained in installation and service by Aritco.
Q:	Can a platform lift be installed in an outdoor environment?
A:	Yes, Artico has a special serie of exterior platform lifts.
